Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 business days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Refunds:
1. Refunds are issued for the product price only, minus shipping & handling.
2. If your order qualified for free shipping, 10% will be deducted from the product refund amount.
3. Refunds are applied to your original payment method. Return & Exchange Conditions:
4. Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags and stickers intact.
5. Items showing signs of wear, use, dirt, or missing tags will be returned to you at your expense, with no refund issued.
6. All returns/exchanges must include our return form.
Incorrect or Damaged Items:
7. Please notify us within 7 days if you receive the wrong item or an item damaged in transit.
8. If the error is ours, we’ll cover your return shipping cost and issue a full refund or exchange.
9. If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Shipping & Responsibility:
10. We cannot be responsible for lost return packages. We highly recommend using a track able shipping method with delivery confirmation.
11. Exchanges are shipped free of charge.
